I agree its an uphill task - but if you don't try something - if you don't mention that things could be a darn sight better, then nobody gets the idea that things need to change. Consider this a little seed, to plant in the depths of the EU - One day it will sprout... and perhaps even blossom

Thankyou Hugin - I agree the council of ministers is another anomoly.... but I'm not sure a veto is a bad thing.... and if we are to make decision making more open and honest, then I believe that MEP's have to respect what people think.... and in some fashion, this should be allowed to act as a veto
