drop the ex-Part III from the Treaties and move it into the acquis

The European Union should drop ex-Part III (the part about the economy) and demote the corresponding parts of the treaties into the acquis, which we can then work on with non-constitutional means, say in the European Parliament; namely, demote what would have become the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union into the acquis,

EU citizens right to vote

The voting rights of all EU citizens should be harmonized and as EU citizens we should be able to choose to vote in our country of residence within the EU. At the moment as EU citizens living in another EU member state we only have the right to vote in Council and European elections.
