It would be necessary more than time to grant a real legal status to the animal which, nowadays, is still considered as a "piece of furniture" in the civil code.

How to wonder while abuses, any cruelest some that the others, are committed against those who had no "luck" to be born human if the ill-treatment, the exploitation and the killing are only rarely punished by the law?

Experts of any edges agree on the fact, and in a indisputable way, that animals, whatever is their sort, are sensitive to the pain, physical and psychological, that they possess an intelligence and a social life, that if the choice is given to them, they will opt for the life and not a premature death...

The exploitation of animals bases only on the principle that the man, or saying dominant sort, has naturally the right to exploit those who would be lower than him, what names " spécisme " or discrimination by the sort.

One of angular stone of this principle bases on the fact that we have a disconcerting ease, when it is profitable us, to deny any consciousness in animals, what names " mentaphobie ".

The humanity finally gained its milestones of species queen only by a permanent exploitation of the other sorts, until consider them not more than as of vulgar tools, denying by the same, all their interests which postpone only very few ours: the right for the freedom, for the respect, for the non-suffering and for the life.

Would not It be time when we put in action the cogs of our intelligence in a positive way? That is by activating the best of the man (empathy) compared to the worst that we master perfectly (exploitation, destruction, slavery)!

Animals pay the price of our vanity, our ambition, our comfort, our pleasure, our pride, our fears every day by millions!
Why? And what do we give them in return of this exploitation, if it is not the programming of their death?

The spectre of the animal suffering is gigantic, that is why a global revision of the system is inescapable and passes by numerous net and indisputable abolitions, in the name of the right not to suffer and not to be killed:
- Vegetarianism - substitute Methods - Abolition of all the activities leisure activities based on the exploitation (zoo, hunting, hunting, bullfight, fights of animals) - Condemnation of any shape of ill-treatment - Ban on the business and on the sale of fur...

It is unbearable to let hear that to reconsider the status of the animal would be offensive face to face human beings who suffer and die every day. Our fates are, although we think of it, strictly connected and as long as the man will grant himself the right to exploit sensitive beings, but another species, for the simple reason than they are lower than them, how to envisage that the man stops exploiting himself even under the pretext as his victim is of race, sex, confession different?

Now this problem demands that it is handled with intransigence and determination at the level of the authorities leaders, because in spite of appearances, it is not about a lubbie of soft dreamers but a lot of revolution in gestation.
Animals have rights! And we have to fight so that they their are officially granted!
