Everyone is invited to participate in the forum (if courtesy rules are followed).
Internet users have access and are allowed to read all the contents of this website. However, it is required to register as “user” to post discussion topics, to debate as well as to vote on proposals. The registration step requires entering a “user name”, a password and a valid email address as well.

We wish to avoid all inappropriate remarks and maintain courtesy rules in the exchanges: we acknowledge that the expression of differences is possible if it enables a contradictory debate. However, insults and personal invectives should not occur in the forum.
The role of moderators is to preserve and ensure the quality of debates by removing harmful, detrimental, destructive or irrelevant contributions. All contributions which are inappropriate to the debate will be removed. Moderators will also ban remarks which do not respect the law.

1. Attacks and insinuations based on race, beliefs, ethnic origins or sexual orientation;
2. Insults, harassments, serious unproven or manifestly inaccurate statements aiming at people or organizations;
3. Any obscene, pornographic, harassment-related message;
4. Any message conflicting with copyrights and related rights, the applicable database law, rights of personal portrayal and respect of privacy or which would violate any legislative and statutory provisions;
5. Personal attacks addressed to politicians;

7. Using the website for commercial and advertisement purposes;
8. Publishing personal contact details or inappropriate hypertext links;
9. Overlapping, redundant or irrelevant contributions;
Users should also respect the following conventions:
1. Before posting a comment, make sure it corresponds to the topic;
2. Choose thoroughly the title of the comment, as it is supposed to draw other users’ attention on your post;
3. If you reply to a contribution, please indicate the name of the contributor you wish to address your response to or quote the original message so as to avoid any misunderstandings;
4. Quote your references;
5. Please avoid the use of too many CAPITAL LETTERS; it looks as if you were shouting;
6. Forums, like all virtual discussion rooms, are public assemblies. Your remarks are accessible to all. Please take it into account;
